Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 2026

PerjFly is committed to making its service accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What We've Done

  • Semantic HTML elements used throughout (headings, labels, buttons, links)
  • All form inputs have associated label elements
  • Keyboard navigable — all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background elements
  • Buttons and links include descriptive text for screen readers
  • Language attribute set on the HTML element (lang="en")
  • No content flashes or animations that could trigger photosensitive conditions
  • Responsive layout that works across screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

  • The map feature used in the rideshare cost estimator (Leaflet.js) may have limited screen reader support. We are evaluating alternatives.
  • Some dynamic content updates (flight results) may not announce via live regions on all assistive technologies. We plan to add ARIA live region support.

Compatibility

PerjFly is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers: NVDA and JAWS on Windows; VoiceOver on macOS and iOS; TalkBack on Android
  • Keyboard-only navigation on all major browsers
  • Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

We support current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Third-Party Content

PerjFly links to third-party services including Google Flights and CrossBorderXpress. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of those external sites.
